Our Approach:

During our kick-off call, our Director of Candidate Development and a Sr. Recruiter from the CD team who has been assigned to your project will dig into your process and expectations. Once confident in our clients’ hiring and interview procedures and the nuances of the position, we begin. We target individuals generated from our own research or names provided to our team by the client. We attract, screen and present only the best qualified, interested candidates and can assist with any interview scheduling as needed.

If qualified candidates are not interested, our team member will source them for referrals. We will find out why they are not interested and share this intelligence with you. Additionally, to guard and protect your reputation, we will, as your representative and with your assistance, communicate and treat all candidates with respect, responding in a timely manner to engage or disengage.

Feedback is critical to successful recruiting. We need to communicate to ensure that our work is on track and that we are we are delivering exactly what and who you expect to see. AND, what you see is everything we develop – this vital information is yours to keep.

Our Pricing:
