On this position the client wanted us to capture two levels of individuals as we sourced - Regional Development Directors for Western US and a Staff level person. They wanted Project Management and Wind Development and were also open to anyone from renewable or alternative energy. While there was no geographic limitation, the position could be based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. Since this is a very niche area and small community, client was open to a combination of resumes/profiles/bios and any market intelligence on candidates.
