S.O.S. – Full Rescue delivers 5 qualified and interested candidates for $5,000. We will actively search across the internet marketplace using the client’s specific job/candidate criteria to identify, pre-qualify and then directly contact (by telephone) potential candidates to verify fit and interest. Our commitment: to provide a minimum of 5 qualified candidates who are interested in exploring your opportunity within as few as 5 days for a fixed cost of $5,000. Our target and minimum commitment is 5 but we will pass along all who fit the criteria and you can hire as many as you want without additional cost.
S.O.S. - Lifeline provides clients with a quick and comprehensive overview of the internet-accessed candidate market providing the strongest possible start to any recruiting project. Our experienced internet sourcing analysts will take your specifications, select from our catalogue of over 20,000 (and growing) web locations where active candidates can be accessed, apply our well-developed search and query skills to search out potential ‘hits’, visually screen the results of these queries and submit all that fit your agreed upon, prioritized criteria. This ‘lifeline’ is completed for $2,500.
S.O.S. - Flare is a posting service that takes your specific job profile, posts it on the most relevant job boards and delivers the responses for you to take action on. This service leverages our investment and scale to give clients access to posting resources that would be cost prohibitive for any but the largest and best-resourced recruiting departments. This service is offered for $1,700 as a stand alone ‘rescue technique’ or $1,200 if pursued as a rescue-enhancing add-on to either Full Rescue or Lifeline.
